Rare OEM NOS Sea-Doo GSX Ltd 1997–2000 cover. This cover is designed to fit the GSX Ltd from across all 3 years (1997-2000), which featured the integrated mirrors on the front storage bin hood. It has the iconic multicolour purple/red/yellow design with a dealer logo on the back, brand new in the original box, never used. I scored these direct from a dealer’s old stock, and genuine covers like this are impossible to find 30 years later, especially unused. 🔥 Rare OEM NOS GSX Ltd 1997-2000 Cover — Brand New in Box 🔥
OEM NOS Sea-Doo cover for the Limited version of the GSX that ran from 1997–2000. 30 years later, still brand new, still in the original box.
I scored 17 mint classic covers, including 2 of these GSX Ltd multicoloured covers. One I’m keeping for my 1999 GSX Ltd, and the other I’m reluctantly letting go to be enjoyed by another enthusiast. The 17 covers I scored was a once-in-a-lifetime haul when I bought a dream ski and cleared out the dealer’s remaining stock. These came direct from a Sea-Doo dealer and have been sitting untouched, waiting for someone who actually cares about these old covers.
Anyone who knows the 90s knows the Limited version of the GSX was the top-spec GSX of the late 90s. Sea-Doo offered variants of the GSX, most notably the GS, GSI, and base GSX, but those didn’t feature mirrors on the front storage bin. While this cover will fit those models, the mirror pouches will be empty and may flap around if you try fitting it to a non-Limited version.
This iconic multi-colour design was specifically for the 1998–1999 GSX Ltd, but it will fit all 1997–2000 GSX Ltd models (the 1997 had an ocean blue/purple design cover). The great thing about this cover is that it features the Vac-Hold system for a secure fit, unlike the earlier clip-style covers.
I’m on the fence about letting these go because once they’re gone, they’re gone. I know there are guys out there restoring GSXs who want to keep them OEM and need this piece to finish their build right. If you’ve been searching, you know how impossible it is to find these unused.

- Note: I’ve listed this as fitting up to 2000 because, by that year, while the GSX dropped the “Ltd” badge, it still had mirrors, as there was only one GSX model offered. I also believe that in 1999, alongside the top-spec Ltd, the standard GSX had mirrors too. In essence: check your GSX year—if your ski has mirrors, this cover will fit; if it doesn’t, it won’t.
